A few days ago I received a Landmark from Isadora Fiddlestick, a friend in Second Life, to her new business office. Isadora Fiddlestick is also the publisher of Hodge Podge Variety Magazine your guide to an easier and informed Second Life inworld magazine dedicated to bringing the best in Second Life and its wonders. The magazine also focuses on helping residents out in making informed choices and be in the loop of people, places, things and events in Second Life. The magazine first started as a blog since july at: hodgepodgemag.wordpress.com
At that time, I wasn’t able to check it out but this morning I took the time to visit her new office which is located at Neptune (131, 239, 27) . I recorded a video of my quick tour of the place but decided to switch to photos instead. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there when I visited.
The landmark dropped me just outside her nicely built 3 story building and you’ll know that it’s her building because the sign above the entrance is a dead giveaway. LOL! You’ll notice that it’s newly built because of the empty office spaces. Now, I wonder who Kitty Couture is? I guess she’s a very important personality in Second Life to have her photo placed there.
Entering the building, you will be at the receiving area. We have on the right side 2 OnRez vendors, a sofa, a framed photo and an SL Illustrated calendar. While on the left side we have the covers of HodgePodge Magazine’s 2 issues and you know about the calendar already.
I forgot to mention that you can sign up and get a copy of HodgePodge Magazine from the vendors just outside the building.
Anyway, I’d like to congratulate Isadora and her Magazine for establishing a new landmark in Second Life. I wish you all the best and success both in Real Life and Second Life.
